Jar Assignment

The goal of the project was to model, UV, texture and light a jar and its contents in our scene.

The hardest part of this project was modeling the glass jar and metal lid in Maya.

To create the glass jar I created a CV curve and used the surface revolve tool and repeated the process for the lid.

Then I created a UV snapshot and created a texture map in Photoshop with the jar contents and label and fixed how it lined up with the faces of the jar in the UV editor.
